Packing Plant
Situated strategically in Pasir Gudang, Johor, we have 5 lines to pack cooking oil into various packaging and sizes, with capacity of up to 500 containers monthly.
Packaging & Sizes:
- Jerrycan – 3L, 4L, 5L, 8L, 10L, 18L, 20L, 25L
- PET Bottle – 250ml, 500ml, 900ml, 1L, 2L, 3L, 4L, 5L
- Tin – 17L, 18L
Waste Oil Collection Centers
Our primary focus as part of our Green Initiative, we have a growing network of collecting points & strategic collection partners at multiple locations across Southeast Asia and are working on increasing the coverage area to boost the collection volume.
Through this initiative, we strive to reduce waste, minimize carbon footprint, and contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable energy ecosystem.
Instant Noodles Production
We operate a single instant noodle production line with a monthly capacity of 200,000 pieces.
We are presently engaged in R&D activities aimed at formulating distinctive flavors for the launch of our own brand of instant noodles.
Royal Delight Cooking Oil
ROYAL Delight, our signature Cooking Oil brand, is currently being distributed to Malaysian businesses and the international market, mainly the African continent.
Certifications
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability in all our operations.
We are RSPO and ISCC certified. Our Packing Plant is Halal Certified, and we are in the midst of obtaining HACCP certification.
